"Indian Bar and Kitchen in City centre Myself and a friend was in the Tap Trap for a business meeting yesterday evening. The location is only 5 mins walk from tram stop at west end of princess street and close to Johnny walker. Their kingfisher on tap was nice and fresh. Food was good, many delicious starters on the menu. We enjoyed the food and ambience, a best place in city centre for a drink, or business meeting like this. I enjoyed my Pakora and beer is something that you don’t normally find in Edinburgh."

"We went there for late Lunch on Sunday, the place was empty except us, may be because it was late Lunch on Sunday. We are vegetarian and ordered vegetarian food only. Food was good testing and prepared fresh. Service was good, the server was polite and knew the menu to rive recommendations. While most places in UK charges 10% to 18% "service charge" or tip on the bill by default, this place doesn't add the tip by default. It was a surprise."

"Great food and excellent service. The waiter who served us was nothing but polite and pleasant. We ordered a platter for two, a lamb biryani, some spring rolls, a naan and some curry. My family was very pleased with the lamb biryani. It’s probably one of the best we’ve tried! The naan was impressive as well; it was slightly crispy on the outside."

"The best Indian restaurant I have tried so far in Edinburgh, great ambience and customer service. The non veg sharing plater was mouthwatering and is must recommend, 5/5 for the quantity and taste. Chicken fried rice and biriyani were decently good too. The waitress Poonam was very friendly and treat us really well."
